What We Do
The company’s main products, driveshaft assemblies, cover eight major series including heavy-duty vehicles, medium-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, and SUVs; over 40 varieties of various steering transmission devices; over 10 varieties of integrally cast steel axle housings and heavy-duty vehicle balance suspension assemblies; over 190 varieties of cast steel parts for military and heavy-duty vehicles; and over 800 varieties of precision cast steel parts. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of driveshafts.
The company also assembles driveshaft assemblies, gears, sprockets, chains, gearboxes, and other automotive-related parts. Its design capacity is 1 million sets of commercial vehicle driveshafts annually. It has 6 assembly lines for heavy-duty, light-duty, and SUV vehicles, and 3 painting and nylon coating lines. Its main products, driveshaft assemblies, cover eight major series including heavy-duty vehicles, medium-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, and SUVs, with over 7,000 varieties.
The production line for paint coating
The company has two fully enclosed paint coating production line for the propeller shaft’s painting, which is introduced from German Wagner . Recycling production is realized from parts pretreatment, spraying, drying and other processes, and the maximum salt spray
test time can reach more than 504 hours.
The technical process features of products
Our company’s QT800-5 and QT1050-7 steels can be directly machined in their as-cast state without heat treatment, and their mechanical properties exceed international standards. They are more heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and vibration-absorbing than steel, and can completely replace commonly used metal materials such as 40Cr.
